Auburn UMC Youth Winter Retreat

It’s almost time for Winter Retreat 2025! WR25 is a student retreat for grades 7-12. Join Auburn UMC Youth Ministries at Springville Camp in Odenville, Alabama for our annual Youth Winter Retreat. Transportation will be by buses. WR25 will be a fun weekend filled with engaging worship, Biblical teaching, unique small groups, and lasting friendships!
Registration:
The Winter Retreat 2025 registration fee of $250 includes lodging, meals, t-shirt, and bus transportation. This year we will be offering a sibling discount: the first student cost is $250; the second student is $225; the third student is $200. Students must be siblings to receive this discount. When registering online, additional students can be added at the end of the first sibling’s registration.
We will also be offering an early registration discount of $25 per student to those who register before December 1!
The last day to register for WR25 is January 26. Refunds can be made until January 19.
Online Registration:
Full payment is due with online registration. If you have questions about payment plans, do not register online instead, please contact Jackson Smith.

Paper Registration:
If you are completing a paper registration form, full payment must be made by cash or a check payable to Auburn UMC. Bring the completed registration form and payment to the receptionist in Mathison Lobby or mail them to: AUMC Youth Ministry, Winter Retreat 2025, P.O. Box 3135, Auburn, AL 36831-3135.

Scholarships
Scholarships are provided by the Travis Rabren Memorial Scholarship Fund. Full and partial scholarships are available. If you are applying for a scholarship, do not register online. For scholarship information contact Jackson Smith. All scholarship requests will be reviewed by the Scholarship Committee.
