Singles Beach Retreat 2010

May 20-23, 2010 at the Phoenix VII Condos in Orange Beach, Florida
Roommates
Condos are priced based on six occupants per condo. Please sned the list of your condo-mates who agree to be in the condo and who pay their deposits by the deadline of April 14 to John Fox. Otherwise, other participants may be assigned to the condo.
Cancellations
Since the Phoenix requires payment three weeks prior to the retreat, we cannot give refunds for cancellations unless a replacement is secured by the individual who cancels. Late registrations (after April 14) will cost $130 per person and will only be allowed if space is available. Extra condos are cancelled at least three weeks prior to the retreat.
Cost & Registration
The cost of the retreat is $120 per person, which includes accommodations at the Phoenix VII Condos, continental breakfast on Saturday and Sunday and dinner on Saturday evening. Payment due by May 10, 2010.
Whitewater Rafting Trip

June 25-27 on the Ocoee River in Tennessee

Enjoy a weekend away in a beautiful three-level cabin with 4 bedrooms/3 baths, bunk room and a deck/pier (and of course a fun Saturday of whitewater rafting in the heart of eastern Tennessee!) For an extra $3, you can also enjoy a sight-seeing pontoon boat ride (price is approx. depending on how many sign up)
Cost and Registration
The cost for the cabin is $50 per person (based on 20 people) and the cost of rafting is $80 per person (includes lunch) for a total of $130 (if rafting) or $50 (if not rafting). Your $50 deposit is due May 26 with the remaining $80 (if rafting) due by June 9. There will be no refunds after this date unless your slot is filled. There is an additional cost of $15 for the 5 meals in the cabin.
