Singles Beach Retreat 2010
When & Where
May 20-23, 2010 at the Phoenix VII Condos in Orange Beach, Florida
Roommates
Condos are priced based on six occupants per condo. Please sned the list of your condo-mates who agree to be in the condo and who pay their deposits by the deadline of April 14 to John Fox. Otherwise, other participants may be assigned to the condo.
Cancellations
Since the Phoenix requires payment three weeks prior to the retreat, we cannot give refunds for cancellations unless a replacement is secured by the individual who cancels. Late registrations (after April 14) will cost $130 per person and will only be allowed if space is available. Extra condos are cancelled at least three weeks prior to the retreat.
Cost & Registration
The cost of the retreat is $120 per person, which includes accommodations at the Phoenix VII Condos, continental breakfast on Saturday and Sunday and dinner on Saturday evening. The $75 deposit is due by Wednesday, April 14 and the $45 final payment due on Wednesday, May 5.
